You’ll feel extra safe in the capable hands of chef Andrew Stinear. He didn’t leave his career as an aircraft engineer under a cloud – he just loves
food. In the past ten years – this dedicated Kiwi (yep another one ‘flew’ the coop) has accumulated expertise from kitchens in the French Alps, New Zealand wine country, Melbourne food halls and Perth oyster bars.
Andrew brings a refreshing approach to the café/bistro style of FAB and has already updated our menu – refining favourites and introducing new dishes such as a delightful chicken watercress salad and a parade of tempting baked goods and desserts.
We’re extra happy Andrew shares our commitment to sustainability buying fresh, in season, local, organic produce as much as possible and that he ensures high standards are maintained in a cheerful and creative kitchen.
