- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Onions diced
- 4 Garlic heads
- 300g Pancetta
- 3 Lt Stock
- 550g Red Lentils
- 800g Chopped tomatoes
Fry seeds and crush to a powder and add turmeric
Cook onions and garlic. Add spice and bacon.
Add stock and simmer for 20 minutes
Add lentils and cook for 20 minutes
Add tomatoes, then puree
