We use Reverse Osmosis filtration on our Sydney Water supply – served free in recycled glass bottles reducing the need for plastic bottles. Please ask staff if you want to purchase a bottle. We just ask you recycle the bottle after use.
We do this because of our concerns for the health of our patrons and quality of our offerings. FAB’s fresh, delicious drinking water is best for you, for our cooking and your coffee.
